Mit der KeyHelp Monitoring App kannst du den technischen Zustand deiner KeyHelp-Server direkt auf deinem Smartphone überwachen. Die App verarbeitet ausschließlich notwendige Daten lokal auf deinem Gerät. Es erfolgt keine Analyse, Profilbildung oder Weitergabe deiner Daten durch uns.

Diese Daten werden ausschließlich lokal gespeichert und nicht an Dritte übermittelt. Sie dienen allein der Kommunikation mit deinen eigenen KeyHelp-Servern.
Die App stellt bei aktiver Nutzung verschlüsselte Anfragen (HTTPS) an die von dir konfigurierten Server. Dabei werden folgende technische Informationen übermittelt:
Die Serverkommunikation erfolgt direkt zwischen deinem Gerät und dem Zielserver. Es werden keine Verbindungsdaten an den App-Entwickler oder Dritte gesendet.
Die App verwendet nur minimale Berechtigungen, um ihren Zweck zu erfüllen (z. B. Netzwerkzugriff). Es erfolgt kein Zugriff auf Kontakte, Kamera, Standort oder andere persönliche Inhalte.
Die KeyHelp Monitoring App verwendet keine Analyse-, Tracking- oder Werbedienste (z. B. Google Analytics, Firebase, Facebook SDK o. ä.).
Alle lokal gespeicherten Daten sind nur innerhalb der App zugänglich. Optional kann die App mit einem systemseitigen Sperrmechanismus (PIN, Muster oder biometrische Entsperrung) geschützt werden.
Die App ist weltweit verfügbar. Eine Weitergabe oder Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten durch den Entwickler erfolgt zu keinem Zeitpunkt. Die App erfüllt die Anforderungen der EU-Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO) sowie die Exportbestimmungen der USA.
Diese Datenschutzerklärung kann bei zukünftigen Änderungen der App-Funktionen angepasst werden. Die jeweils aktuelle Version ist über die App oder die Veröffentlichungsplattform (z. B. Google Play Store) abrufbar.
